How to join the network, what requirements must be met, online survey for Partners.

Auto-Spa system’s offer is addressed to people with an experience in running their own business and ready to take training on running a car wash. A potential franchisee of Auto-Spa should be ready to lease a plot proposed by Auto-Spa, which means that he does not have to have own property adjusted to the requirements that have to be met before constructing a car wash. Only a person meeting the above requirements and having sufficient funds to open a car wash in the Auto-Spa system can become a Partner. In terms of financing, having enough funds to make own contribution of 30% of the investment, a Partner may rely on a financial support from the franchisor. In order to enter into cooperation with Auto-Spa, one must also accept the franchise agreement conditions and the standards of the Auto-Spa franchise system and follow instructions on running the car wash.

Initial application
At first, you are expected to contact us by telephone or send a contact form, available at www.auto-spa.pl. Initial application is informative, in the response, we inform about the most important issues connected with the system.

Information meeting
Once initial details have been established, we organise a meeting in order to discuss the cooperation conditions and mutual expectations connected with joining the network. Visiting the place and the vicinity of future activity allows evaluating the potential competition.
 
Confidentiality agreementAt that stage, candidates sign a letter of intent which confirms that parties mutually want to start negotiations and protects the confidentiality of data submitted by the parties. A partner is allowed to read the franchise agreement and the provisions of the Book of Standards.

Franchise AgreementSigning the franchise agreement is the final stage that finalizes the process of joining the system as a partner. Once the conditions of cooperation and responsibilities arising from it have been accepted by both parties, the agreement can be concluded.
