"Wrocław’s Auto-Spa, a new player on the franchise market, offers its partners to help them fund their investments from a credit taken by it. On the Polish market, this is the first case when a borrower is also the system organiser. The company concludes with a franchisee an operational lease agreement, which is started to be repaid after twelve months of waiting period. In the first year of car wash operation, the franchisee incurs only current costs. The franchisee becomes the owner of the car wash after the last lease instalment has been paid, which happens at the end of the seventh year after the agreement comes into force."
